Two addresses are listed beneath the map:

  1. Pickup Location - For example: Georgia PGA Open, 333 Country Club Way, Dalton, GA 30721.
  1. Drop-off Location - For example: 4900 Buffington Rd, Atlanta, GA 30349.

Each location entry includes:

  • Contact Phone Number
  • Scheduled Dates and Times - Displays the time window for pickup and delivery (e.g., 9/14/2025 – 9/16/2025, 9:00 PM – 9:00 PM).

Each vehicle added to the request appears in a numbered list.

For each vehicle, the following information is displayed:

  • Year, make, and model
  • VIN
  • Color

Report Status Indicators

To the right of each vehicle are three circular status indicators representing the three reports that carriers are required to complete.

These circles provide a quick, at-a-glance visual of the vehicle’s transport progress:

  1. Schedule Report - The first circle. Turns green once the carrier submits driver information and estimated pickup time.
  1. Pickup Report - The second circle. Turns green once the carrier confirms vehicle pickup and uploads pickup documents or links.
  1. Drop-off Report - The third circle. Turns green once the carrier confirms delivery and submits drop-off documents or links.

Before reports are submitted, all three indicators appear white. As reports are completed, they progressively turn green to show transport status.

💡

To see detailed information for each submitted report select View Reportsaction button at the top of the Request Information page. This provides access to driver details, timestamps, photos, and document uploads associated with each reporting stage.
