Reports Page Instructions
The Reports Page allows OEMs to view reports submitted by carriers. It has three tabs:
- Scheduling Report
- Pickup Report
- Delivery Report
OEMs can only see reports after carriers submit them.
Scheduling Report
Once a carrier is awarded the bid, they are first required to submit the Scheduling Report.
Once carrier submits the scheduling report, you will see the following information:
- Driver Name
- Driver Contact
- Truck Reference
- Load Reference
- ETA for Pickup
- Carrier Notes (if any)
Pickup Report
After the carrier picks up the vehicle and submits the Pickup Report, the report will display:
- Driver Name
- Driver Contact
- Truck Reference
- Load Reference
- Damage Reported (if any)
- Pickup Time and Address
- Files and URLs submitted by the carrier
Delivery Report
Once delivery is completed, the report will include the same fields as the Pickup Report, but with information specific to delivery:
- Driver Name
- Driver Contact
- Truck Reference
- Load Reference
- Damage Reported (if any)
- Delivery Time and Address
- Files and URLs submitted by the carrier
