
Step 1: Go to the Open Requests tab and click on the Request Number or View Request

Step 2: A sliding window will appear. You can make quick edits there or select “Go to Request Full Page” for a detailed view.


Step 3: Hover over any editable section to display the Edit icon. Click it to update the information.
You can edit the following:
- Event Name
- Budget Name and Reference
- PO and RO Numbers
- Pickup and Drop-off Contacts
- Vehicle Notes
- Notes linked to individual vehicles
Following fields cannot be changed while the request is published:
- Pickup or Drop-off locations and times
- Vehicle details (add, remove, or change)
- Equipment type
- Request Note
To modify locked fields, first unpublish the request. Any active bids will be automatically canceled.
Once republished, carriers will receive an email notification so they can submit new bids.
